Sugar:
Sugar marketing is based on release order from the Govt of India, Ministry of Consumer affairs, and Food and Public Distribution, for both levy and free sale quota allotment. The free sale portion is marketed through reputed and dedicated network of sugar dealers. Though NSL is a new entrant in the Sugar market, it has earned its own place.
Power:
After meeting the in-house requirements the surplus power generated by the Cogen unit, is being exported to KPTCL, under the long term power purchase agreement made with them.
Ethanol:
The marketing of Ethanol produced is planned with oil marketing companies for blending with petrol and also diesel with the hopeful confirmation of its suitability through the studies under way by organizations like KSRTC (Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation).
