What kind of Farmer information is automatically collected from the Farmer or from third parties and what is it used for:-

To improve the responsiveness and user interface for our Farmer, NSL Sugars may use “cookies”, or similar electronic tools to collect information to assign each Farmer a unique, random number as a Farmer Identification (User ID) to understand the Farmer’s individual interests using the identified computer. Unless you voluntarily identify yourself, NSL Sugars cannot know who you are, even if we assign a cookie to your computer. The only Personal Information a cookie can contain is information you supply. A cookie cannot read data off your hard drive.
NSL Sugars automatically collects limited information about your mobile / device’s connection to the Internet, and mobile number, including your IP address, when you visit Mobile Application, or service. We automatically receive and log information from your browser, including your IP address and version. How do we store and protect the User information collected by us:-

NSL_FC is NSL farmer connect app is used for Customer Master transaction details viewing purpose . for Farmer Complaint addressing system. Farmer also gets Crop calendar of activities to done on each day. Farmer also receives weather updates based on his location. For this on acceptance of the location access is requested. Farmer also receives crop disease information based on the photo captured by camera and famer is provided solution for the disease. To enable this feature.
Farmer connect login aadhar no. of the farmer needs to be entered to login on entering the aadhaar no. OTP is sent to NSL registered mobile no. of the farmer . On providing the OTP the farmer can login to the APP and view the details Farmer connect application screens are attached for your reference.

How long do we retain the User information collected by us:-

We will keep User information (including any Personal Information) for the time period necessary to achieve the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, taking into account applicable statute of limitation periods and records retention requirements under applicable law.
As Per PMLA (Prevention of Money Laundering Act 2002) Guidelines and Securities and Exchange Board of India (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013, records need to be maintained for a period of up to 10 years from the closer/deletion of the account.
