• Mr. Pamidi V Prasad Babu, Chief Executive Officer

  Mr. Pamidi V Prasad Babu is the CEO for the Sugar Vertical of NSL and has been associated with the organisation since 2017.
  
  He had done MBA from Indian School of Business (ISB) and BE computers from Adik Institute of Technology, Mumbai.
  
  Mr. Prasad babu brings with him more than 22 years of experience. Prior to joining with us he worked for M/S Lanco Group, M/S ISA power PVT LTD, M/S Network Solutions and M/S Maruthi Hatcheries Ltd.
  
  Some of his core competencies are Strategic Leadership, Plant operations planning & Management, Project Management, Budgeting , P&L Management, Banking Liaison, Project Financing, Team Building and etc..

• Mr. Samineni Satish Kumar – Financial Controller

  Mr. Satish Kumar Samineni is a seasoned Finance and Commerce professional with over 38 years of extensive experience in the Finance and Accounts domain. He brings with him deep expertise and a long-standing association with the NSL Group, having contributed over 20 years across its various businesses.
  
  He possesses strong industry experience in the sugar sector, with 13 years of specialized exposure, including 5 years with NSL Sugars and 8 years with Sakthi Sugars.
  
  Since 2006, Mr. Samineni has been associated with NSL Textiles, and later in 2023, he served as Head of Finance and Chief Operating Officer (COO), where he played a key role in strengthening financial management, governance, and operational oversight. He has now transitioned to NSL Sugars along with NSL Textiles, where he currently serves as the Financial Controller.
  
  Prior to his tenure with the NSL Group, Mr. Samineni worked with reputed organizations in India and abroad, including BELTEXCO (Central Africa), Sakthi Sugars Ltd., and Livewell Home Finance Ltd.
  
  His professional foundation was further strengthened through his association with leading audit firms such as M/s. Brahmaiah & Co., M/s. RSM Associates, and M/s. M. Thomas & Co., Chartered Accountants.
  
  Mr. Samineni’s core functional expertise spans corporate finance, auditing, accounting in the manufacturing, finance, and trading sectors. He is known for his strong financial stewardship, compliance orientation, and strategic financial control.

• Mr. Sudhir Akkineni – CFO

  Mr. Sudhir Akkineni is a senior finance professional and a qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI. He has also completed his MBA from the University of Madras.
  
  He has over 22 years of post-qualification experience in the Finance & Accounts domain, with extensive exposure to corporate finance, financial governance, and strategic financial management.
  
  He is associated with NSL Sugars Ltd. as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at the Corporate Office, Hyderabad. In this role, he provides leadership to the Finance and Accounts function and plays a key role in supporting organizational strategy and growth initiatives.
  
  Prior to joining NSL Sugars, he has worked with reputed organizations such as Banyan Sustainable Waste Management Pvt. Ltd., Kaveri Seeds, American Express Travel Services, Sree Venkata Sai Packaging Industries, and Nalini & Murali Associates.
  
  His core competencies include Financial Planning & Analysis, SEBI and Statutory Compliances, Taxation, Fund Raising, Treasury Management, budgeting, cash flow management, and stakeholder coordination.
  
  With his strong analytical skills and leadership capabilities, Mr. Sudhir Akkineni contributes significantly to strengthening financial controls, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving sustainable financial performance.

• Mr. Alluri Venkata Ramaraju – Vice President & Unit Head (KSL Unit)

  Mr. Alluri Venkata Ramaraju joined the organization as Vice President – Unit Head for the KSL Unit on 6th August 2025. He reports to Mr. Tejo Purnakar, Head – Operations.
  
  He holds a B.Sc. degree (First Class) from Andhra University and is an Associate of the Vasantdada Sugar Institute (AVSI). He has also completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Sugar Technology from the Vasantdada Sugar Institute, Pune.
  
  Mr. Ramaraju has over 36 years of rich professional experience, comprising 18 years in India and 18 years overseas. Prior to joining the organization, he worked with M/s Arise.Net / Equitane, Ghana.
  
  Earlier in his career, he was associated with reputed organizations such as Samora Group’s (SUJ), Indonesia; M/s NSL Sugars; Ghana Sugar Refinery; M/s EID Parry (India) Ltd.; and M/s Shree Renuka Sugars Ltd.
  
  Mr. Ramaraju’s core competencies include operations management and project planning of high-capacity integrated sugar plants. His expertise spans the entire spectrum of cane sugar plant operations, erection and commissioning of greenfield sugar refineries, and overall plant management.
  
  He possesses diversified knowledge in plantation white sugar production, sugar refining, and cane development, making him a valuable asset in both operational leadership and strategic roles.

• Mr. K.V.V.S.N. Murthy – General Manager & Unit Head (Jay Mahesh Unit)

  Mr. K.V.V.S.N. Murthy was recently elevated as General Manager – Unit Head of the Jay Mahesh Unit. He reports to Mr. Tejo Purnakar, Head – Operations.
  
  He holds a B.Sc. degree in Chemistry (First Class) from Andhra University. He is an Associate of the Vasantdada Sugar Institute (AVSI) and has completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Sugar Technology from the Vasantdada Sugar Institute, Pune.
  
  Mr. Murthy has around 29 years of extensive experience in sugar manufacturing. Prior to joining the organization, he worked with reputed companies such as M/s EID Parry for 12 years and M/s GMR Industries for 13 years.
  
  His core competencies include operations management and project planning of sugar plants. His expertise spans the entire spectrum of sugar plant operations, erection and commissioning, and overall plant management.
  
  He has played a critical role in the implementation of ISO systems, FSSC 22000 systems, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Additionally, he served as a Core Team Leader for the implementation of the SAP Production and Planning module.

• Mr. Brij Mohan, Corporate Head – Distilleries

  Mr. Brij Mohan has been associated with NSL Sugars since August -2024 and serving Corporate Head - Distilleries.
  
  He has a bachelors’ degree in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry from Meerut University. He has also done Diploma in Industrial Fermentation and Alcohol Technology (DIFAT) from National Sugar Institute, Kanpur.
  
  Mr. Brij Mohan has more than 33 years of Experience in Erection, commissioning and Operation of Distilleries. He has hands on experience in operating both molasses and grain based distillery plants efficiently, maintaining ZLD and Quality. He has comprehensive leadership and expertise to ensure operational excellence and technology improvements.
  
  Prior to joining with us, he was associated with M/s Dhampur Bio Organic Limited. He has also worked with India Glycols Limited, Hargaon Distilleries (KK Birla Group), Shamli Distillery & Chemical Works, Balarampur Distillery and Daurala Distillery (DCM Shriram Group).

• Mr. Gavirneni Tejo Purnakar – Head - Operations

  Mr. Gavirneni Tejo Purnakar is serving with NSL as Head-Operations at Corporate Office, Hyderabad.
  
  He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India .
  
  He is entrusted with the responsibility of operations of all Plants. He integrates and coordinates the production processes to accomplish predetermined objectives. It establishes schedules to plan the entire production and assure efficiency in processes and resources. He also plans, implements, reviews to achieve cane plantation targets and monitors H&T gangs and recovery of advances. Developing preventive and corrective plans and policies for all Safety & Fire aspects of the Plants comes within the area of responsibility.
  
  Besides monitoring the plant operations and production targets, he also looks after off seasonal activities progress as per the budget(business plan). Generation of MIS in respect to operations and projects is also his forte.

• Mr. M.V. Ramesh , Vice President – Co-Gen

  Mr. M.V. Ramesh is our Vice President-Co-Gen at Corporate Office, Hyderabad and he joined NSL on 21st February 2022. He is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Andhra University and has done his MBA from IBS Hyderabad.
  
  He has a total of 30 years of experience in Project Management in Thermal & gas Power Plants & R&M of Rotating Equipments. He has been associated with Hamtek Technologies India Pvt. Ltd, Abir Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., Energy Infratech Pvt. Ltd., Lanco Infratech Pvt. Ltd, Larsen & Toubro (L& T) Ltd., and Turbomachinery Engg Industries Pvt. Ltd.
  
  Some of his core competencies are project planning, execution and cost optimization of projects. Procurement and controlling the vendors also is his expertise area. CRM and risk mitigation also forms a part of his domain expertise.

• Mr. Nikhil Kamal Agarwal, General Manager – Sales & Marketing

  Mr. Nikhil Agarwal is heading the Sales & Marketing function of NSL Sugars. He has been associated with the organization since 02nd May, 2011.
  
  He is a graduate in commerce and done his masters degree in International Business from Symbiosis, Pune.
  
  He is having more than 18 years of experience in Sales & Marketing. He has served organizations like Apollo International Ltd – Commodities Division, GARDEX, PT BIMA SAKTI, INDONESIA.
  
  Some of his core competencies are Sales, Marketing, International Trading and Supply Chain of Sugar, ENA, Ethanol, and other bi-products, Developing Domestic & International Markets, Export/Import Trades, Risk Management, Documentation, and Financial Transactions..

• Mr. Divyaraj A. Pillai, Senior General Manager – Human Resource (Corporate HR Head)

  Mr. Divyaraj Pillai has associated since 12th April, 2022.
  
  He is a post graduate in Commerce from Karnataka University and He has done LLB from Siddhartha Law College (Gulbarga).
  
  Mr. Pillai has over 33 years of experience in HR functions and HR Operations. Prior to joining with us, he worked for Murugappa Group – EID Parry (India) Ltd (Bangalore), Sree Renuka Sugars, Shah Technical Consultants Pvt ltd (Gulbarga) and Myrada (Gulbarga).
  
  Some of Mr. Pillai’s core competencies are HR Operations, Industrial Relations, Strategic HR, Talent Management, Recruitment & Selection, Employee Relations, Training & Development, General Administration and Statutory Compliances etc..

• Mr. Madhava Krishna Rao, General Manger – Legal

  Mr. Madhava Krishna Rao K., has been associated with NSL since 03rd Sep, 2015. He is heading the legal function of Sugars Vertical since then.
  
  He has completed LLM from Osmania University and having more than 20 years of experience in practice and corporate put together. Prior to joining with us he has worked with GVK Power & Infra., IVRCL Ltd., and GATI Ltd.
  
  Some of Mr. Madhav’s core competencies are Litigation Management, Arbitration, Drafting & Vetting of Contracts and Liaison with Government bodies.

  Mr. Rajini Kanth M., has joined with us as Company Secretary at Corporate Office, Hyderabad on 25th July, 2022.
  
  He is Fellow member of CS from ICSI & MBA (Finance) from Osmania University.
  
  Mr. M. Rajini Kanth has vast experience of 21 years in Secretarial & legal functions. Prior to joining with us, he worked for Hinduja Energy, SKS Ispat, UFO Movies, Allcargo Global logistics, V Sundaram & Co (PCS), Viteos Technologies, Alpha Systems India rubber Production.
  
  Some of Mr. M. Rajini Kanth’s core competencies are Secretarial & legal Compliances as required under the Indian Companies Act and other applicable Statutes, in compliance with Corporate Laws and SEBI regulations.

• Mr. Harendra Malik, Deputy General Manager – Procurement

  He has done M.Sc (Chemistry) from St. Joseph’s College, Trichy & ANSI (Sugar Technology) from National Sugar Institute, Kanpur.
  
  Mr. Arulappan has over 4 decades of vast experience in Erection & Commissioning, Operations & Maintenance & Process Improvement of Sugar, Cogen & Distillery.
  
  Prior to joining with us he worked for M/s EID Parry Ltd, Chennai, Tamilnadu, M/s Dharani Sugars & Chemicals Ltd, Chennai, Tamilnadu, M/s Tamilnadu Sugar Corporation ltd, Chennai, Tamilnadu, M/s Travancore Sugars & Chemicals Ltd, Kerala, M/s Arignar Anna Sugar Mills, Tamilnadu & M/s Madurantakam Cooperative Sugar Mills, Tamilnadu.
  
  His core areas are trouble shooting & providing technical guidance with corrective measures in the areas of Production of Quality Sugar, Controlling the Total Losses in Process and by-Products, Operation and Maintenance of Sugar, Cogen & Distillery Plants, Improvement in Efficiency Parameters, Development of New Products, Planning of Preventive Maintenance & Overhauling of the plants.

  Mr A S Ramachandra Rao has joined us as SGM and Unit Head, Koppa on 14th June 2023.
  
  He has a Diploma in Mech Engineering, Diploma in Sugar Technology and Boiler operation Engineering.
  
  Mr Ramachandra Rao has over 36 years of experience. He has worked for M/s KPR Sugar Apparel, M/s Vijaynagar Sugars, M/s Nava Bharat Ventures Limited, M/s Trident sugars, M/s GMR Industries Ltd and M/s Nizam sugars Limited.
  
  Some of Mr Ramachandra Rao’s core competencies are operations & maintenance of sugar, cogen and distillery plants. Erection and commissioning of boilers, SAP, ERP system in plant maintenance and material modules.

  Mr. Bhaskar Naiduhas over42 years of experience. Prior to joining with us,he has worked forM/sBhalkeswar Sugars Ltd, M/s Mylar Sugars, M/s NSL Sugars, M/s Renuka Sugars,M/s Nirani, M/s Shri Prabhulingeswar Sugars, M/s GMR, M/s Shree Madhi Sugars, M/s Somaiya Sugars and M/s Nizam Sugars.

  Mr. Venkata Rao has over 32 years of experience extensively in Sugar Industry. Prior to joining with NSL, he has worked for M/s EID Parry (India) Ltd, M/s Rai Sugar Group, M/s Hemarus Industries (currently OLAM) and M/s KCP Sugar & Industries Corporation Ltd.
  
  Some of Mr. Venkata Rao’s core competencies are Planning, Engineering, Erection and Commissioning, Maintenance and Operation of Sugar, Refinery, Co – Generation and Distillery Plants etc.

• Mr. Rupesh Kumar S, KSL Unit Head

  Mr. Rupesh Kumar S., is heading KSL Unit. He has been associated with the organization since 20th October 2020..
  
  He is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering & a certified BOE..
  
  He is having more than 25 years of experience in Sugars. He has worked for various prestigious companies prior to joining NSL viz., KCP Deccan Sugars, Nizam, Shree Renuka, NSL – KSL and NSL-TSL.
  
  Some of his core competencies are Erection & Commissioning of Green field sugar projects, Operations & Maintenance, Man Management of Sugar and Co-Gen power plants. Proficient in managing maintenance of various equipment for reducing downtime and enhancing operational effectiveness of equipment.
