The constitution of Board is in line with the requirement of section 149 of the Company`s Act, 2013 and SEBI guidelines applicable for listed companies which states that at least one third of the Board strength should comprise of independent directors. Company is also having the woman director as required under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and as per SEBI guidelines for the listed companies.

Mr. KRK Rao is instrumental in setting up several NSL Group projects which are running successfully. He built NSL Sugar business from scratch and successfully set up major integrated sugar plants in different parts of India with 27000 Tons crushing capacity per day of sugarcane, 150 MW Cogeneration Power Plants and 120 KLPD Ethanol Plant.
Under his leadership, NSL Power has set up 150 MW Wind Power Plants at different locations in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu and also 15 MW Biomass power plants in Andhra Pradesh. New Wind Power Projects of 250 MW are in pipeline at different stages of execution.
Mr. KRK Rao also serves on the boards of various NSL Group companies, which include NSL Energy Ventures Pvt Ltd., NSL Nagapatnam Power & Infratech Pvt Ltd., NSL Renewable Power Pvt. Ltd., NSL Orissa Power & Infratech Pvt Ltd.
Prior to joining NSL Group, Mr. KRK had a 10 year stint with Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd., a premiere Public Sector Company in India, where he was responsible for design of centrifugal compressors, system engineering of thermal power plants and project engineering management of thermal power plants.

We have therefore set up the Mandava Foundation to pursue that goal. The Foundation has identified four basic need areas in which we can most significantly impact society, education, healthcare, employment generation and the transfer of knowledge to the Indian farmer.
